Job title: QA Support Engineer

- Interface with various departments and persons including but not limited to management levels, operation team, customer services support, and clients

- Perform different types of testing on the target system and ssist in user training support

-Perform various administrative duties

- Act as a point of contact for all the system users in information providing capacity as well as troubleshooting and resolving any transactional issues

- Assist with special projects as needed

- Maintain the integrity, security and availability of multiple databases

- Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the database

- Organize and format data for efficient query and storage processes

- Handle client database administration and maintenance

- Diploma or above

- Basic computer skills and understanding of system operation

- Able to communicate effectively with Company personnel, Contractors and the vendors.

- Well organized and responsible

- Able to work independently, under pressure and work overtime regularly to meet tight deadlines

- A Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
