Job title: Client Servcies Executive

Responsibilities:

- Database administration and maintenance process data input for agreements, including membership, shoe locker rental agreements, PT, change of packages, etc;

- Maintain and update changes of members' information in the system;

- Monitor the integrity of agreements and supporting documents, and billing items

- Assist in monitoring their completeness and correctness;

- Follow up problem cases

- Document filing and other administrative duties

- Scan agreements and forms in the system

- Arrange filing of agreements and other documents

- Health checking on billing


Requirements:

- Post secondary

- At least 1 year administrative working experience. Experience in health and fitness industry is definitely an advantage

- Able to work under pressure, independently, and with detailed mind

- Good communications and interpersonal skills

- Fluency of spoken English and Cantonese

- Proficiency in PC knowledge, Microsoft office, and Chinese Word Processing
