- Handle client's enquiries and complaint on membership issue through phone call and email.
- Answer internal customer enquiries on membership issue.
- Perform the administrative duties, including system update and document filing
- Participate in system development project, including prepare user manual for training
- At least 2 years relevant experience in service industry
- Excellent in handling customer complaint and strong negotiation skills
- Familiar with billing or customer enquiry system, and Excel software
- Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
