| What is TRX? |

It is a brilliant fitness innovation made from industrial strength nylon suspension cables with handles and foot cradles that can be attached to any overhead anchoring point - a tree branch, monkey bars, jungle gyms, door jam, etc.
It utilises your own body weight as the resistance and there are roughly 400 exercises that can be performed, ranging from the super easy for de-conditioned users to the super hard for the more advanced.
