Join Cinderella every 1st Sunday of the month for yoga poses, partner poses, games, breath work, songs, dance and relaxation exercises in a fun-filled family affair. Wonderful quality time with your kids and a practice that challenges, invigorates and relaxes. Best of all, you'll get to bond with your family through expressive movement and heaps of laughter!
