Terms & Conditions
• Lucky draw period from 1 to 30 November 2008
• Lucky draw is open to Taiwan residents only
• Lucky draw is open to first-time Pure visitors only
• Each customer can enter the lucky draw more than once
• Lucky draw will take place at 8:00pm on 1 December 2008 at Pure Tower
• Lucky draw results will be announced on the Pure website at promotion's end.
• The winner must be a Pure member during the lucky draw period to be eligible for prizes (after 7-day review period)
• Lucky draw is not open to Pure staff and their family members
• The winner must pay 15% tax on prizes with equivalent value to and over NT13,333 at the time of redemption, and winner must provide ID copy to redeem any prizes
• Winners will be notified individually
• Any dispute connected in any way with this promotion will be resolved by Pure in its absolute discretion
• Where there is conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails
