Yoga + Dance Workshop with Cristo & Darrel
This 2-hour workshop blends the two beautiful art forms of dance and yoga into one. Set to pop and hip-hop music, discover the high-flying kicks and turns of dance with the fluidity and flexibility of yoga.
A creative practice that weaves together energy and expressiveness, choreographed movement and deep breathing, the flair of dance dynamics and the fundamentals of asana flow - that's dance + yoga in one inspiring workout!
