Anusara Yoga in Taipei with John Friend
23-25 April, Taipei Xinyi Sports Center
Please join John Friend and the Merry Band to celebrate his 2010 Melt Your Heart, Blow Your Mind World Tour in Taipei, Taiwan!
Festivities in Taipei include a Friday evening talk "Tantra in the 21st century", and a 2-day Weekend Workshop on Saturday and Sunday. John Friend will present a provocative, informative, and inspiring talk on embracing a Tantric way of life in the 21st century. Life-affirming, Tantric philosophy arose over 1,000 years ago in India, and today it serves as the foundation of Anusara® yoga. The Tantric view embraces this world and our bodies, minds, and emotions as sublime embodiments of Supreme Consciousness.
He will also present two levels in the Weekend Workshop - a Mixed Level and an Intermediate/Advanced Level. In the first class, John will lead students from the beginning, introducing the Universal Principles of Alignment™. Each subsequent class will go deeper into these fundamental principles. Because each workshop contains different heart-oriented themes and a fresh view of the Anusara principles, students consistently experience the magic of Anusara yoga, and feel empowered and transformed from the inside out in every class!
